About Me: Katherine Brothers
I fell in love with Cavalier King Charles spaniels many years ago, with our very first Cavalier Lola who was a Blenheim. She made me fall head over heels for cavaliers.
I was amazed by the beautiful coloring of a Black & Tan and set out to find one to add to our family. I looked for years to find a healthy well bred Black & Tan, we finally found Monica. Then we found Tiny a ruby male and Violet a black & tan female.
We then decided to keep Tiny & Monica’s bloodline and kept their daughters Jolene (B&T) and Lily (Ruby).
Then Rose came along, and of course King Henry.
Tiny and Monica now live with a family friend and enjoying their retirement.
King Henry Vlll is the only stud we are currently using.
I only breed Cavalier King Charles spaniels. I do not cross breed, cross breeds are not designer dogs. They are not always healthier, huge misconception.
My husband and I both served in the military for many years. We have three children who adore the dogs and constantly are playing with the puppies when we have a litter. Our oldest has now left the house to start her very own military career. My two younger children are wonderful helpers and adore the puppies.
Cavaliers are a wonderful, kind, and a loving breed. They can fit in every type of home from apartments to farm houses. They are very willing to please and can be a breeze to train.
I love this breed so much and I want to breed healthy happy puppies! We have taken the extra steps to DNA register our breeding dogs as well as test for DECC-Dry Eye and Curly Coat Syndrome, and EFS-Episodic Falling Syndrome. All of Brothers Cavaliers pups come with a health guarantee. Along with DNA/genetic test we also have completed OFA. Our dogs see a licensed cardiologist and license optometrist yearly.
Our puppies are born in our kitchen and we expose them to all the sounds of a busy house. We feed our dogs a raw diet, and are chemical free, when it comes to flea & tick and worming medicine. We recommend a raw non kibble diet. We also, do not over vaccinate our dogs. All of Brothers Cavaliers pups are raised in a home environment and are handled with every day.
I will not ship puppies unaccompanied, I will meet you at the closest airport (BWI or Harrisburg Pa) and you can fly back with your puppy or you can look into a flight nanny.

Lily is a solid ruby with no white, small lap size cavalier weighing 14lbs. Lily has been tested for and is cleared of DECC-Dry Eye and Curly Coat Syndrome, and EFS-Episodic Falling Syndrome. She is OFA certified for heart, and eyes.
She has a very loving and kind personality. Her full sister is Jolene.

Super sweet Rose is such a good girl. She’s a beautiful AKC solid ruby weighing 15lbs, she’s a smaller lap size cavalier.
Rosie is an amazing smart girl. Her father is a very handsome Ruby named Kody ll and her mother is a stunning Black & tan named Katlyn. Both are completely solid with no white.
She comes from the wonderful breeding lines- Kountry Acres. In 1999 Kountry Acres was 12th in the United States with their cavalier “Dallas”. Rose also has some “Mink” as well as “McBride’s” bloodlines.
Rose is DNA tested.
As well as genetic tested for curly coat syndrome, dry, and episodic falling syndrome. She is clear.
Above Rose’s normal veterinarian she has also been to a licensed cardiologist every year and a license ophthalmologist. She has been cleared by both for breeding.
Rose is a very outgoing dog, who LOVES children. She was a breeze to train. She’s a very happy, sweet cavalier. Her infectious positive cavalier personality will surely be passed on to her pups. Her tail is always wagging. She is such a good girl.

ARE THE PUPPIES CHECKED BY A LICENSE VET BEFORE LEAVING??All of the puppies will have a head to tail healthy puppy examination by a Vet.The Vet will preform a physical exam including evaluation of the heart, lungs, teeth, gums, lymph nodes, abdomen, eyes, ears, and skin. He/She will come to you with 1st round of vaccinations, de-wormed, bathed, and nails trimmed. The puppies will also be microchipped at that appointment as well.
ARE THE PARENTS BOTH AKC?Yes, both parents are. You will also receive paperwork on how to register you puppy AKC when you take him/her home.
WOULD I BE ABLE TO RECEIVE A COPY OF THE PARENTS AKC PAPERWORK? Yes, I have 5 Generation Pedigree for all my dogs. I can also send you a copy of DNA results, Health paperwork,OFA, as well as the negative results from EFS-Episodic Falling test and Dry Eye/Curly coat test.
